Policy Advice

Policies and procedures can sometime lead to indirect or unwitting discrimination against many sections of society including disabled people. For example a "No Dogs" policy in a restaurant may exclude guide dog users.

Our policy reviews look at your existing organisation/company policies and suggest ways they could be amended to be more inclusive toward disabled employees and users of your services.
